Rules of rentung and apartment stay

No social events.
The rules define the stay in the Apartment. Each tenant is required to read and follow the

GENERAL TERMS and CONDITIONS OF USING THE APARTMENT

  1. The rental price includes allowances for the rental and use by the tenant of the apartment and include: charges for utilities, public law, etc.
  2. A day in the apartment starts at 14:00 pm. to 12:00 pm. At other hours checking in is on the same principles which will be written into the contract . Check-in after 22:00 is possible on request.
  3. Landlords may require a deposit to cover any damage in the apartment. The deposit will be returned immediately after the end of your stay if no proof of any damage or destruction. If, in the apartment, damage occurs the return of the deposit shall be suspended until the valuation of the damage. If the deposit is higher than the value of the damage or destruction the difference will be immediately returned to the Tenant. If the deposit is less than the value of the damage or destruction the tenant will be asked to pay the difference .
  4. Children under the age of 6 with an adult being the tenant are staying free of charge. The Lessor shall provide, on request, a free of charge bed for the tenants child.
  5. Apartaments are not designed for the stay of any animals , including house pets.
  6. The Tenant cannot transfer the apartment to third parties, even if the stay period has not yet expired.
  7. Number of people living in the apartment is limited to the number reported during the booking process . If the number of people appears to be higher than the one given, the tenant shall pay an additional fee in the amount of 200 , – zł for each additional person per day during stay in the apartment . Visitors can stay in the apartment from 7:00 until 22:00.
  8. The tenant is obliged to keep silence during the night from 22:00 to 6:00. In case of curfew violations or violations of universal principles of social coexistence, the landlord may terminate the contract with immediate effect – without the period of termination. In this case, the landlord is not obliged to refund for the period left.
  9. Organization of social events by the Tenant in the apartment is prohibited. If the tenant organizes a event, he will have pay to the renter a penalty of 2000 zł. (Two thousand zlotys).
  10. The apartments and the building is non-smoking. Both tobacco and other drugs are prohibited. If the tenant violates the prohibition he shall pay the Lessor up to 500 zł .
  11. The Tenant agrees to use the apartment for its intended use .
  12. The Tenant is obligated to keep the apartment in the same condition .
  13. For safety reasons , you may not use electrical appliances in the apartments that are not the equipment of the apartment. It is forbidden to use pyrotechnics.
  14. Whenever leaving the apartment, the tenant should check if all electrical appliances are off and close all doors and windows .
  15. check in/checkout takes place before signing the protocol , that contains a list of electronic equipment .
  16. Any faults arising both in the apartment and facilities during their stay , the Lessee shall immediately notify Lessor . The same applies to discrepancies between the list and the actual Apartment equipment.
  17. Tenant takes full responsibility for the condition and any kind of damage or destruction of both the apartment and the subject matter of his equipment and technical devices, both financial and civilian If damage or damage to the apartment or its equipment owner retains the right valuation for damages caused by the guest that he later must pay for before leaving .
  18. On the last day the customer is obliged to hand the apartment over until 12:00 in the same condition as at the day of receipt.
  19. An integral part of this Regulation is to list equipment and devices that are equipped in Apartment.

Force majeure

  1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances and overcome , the effects of which can not be eliminated by usual means , the Lessor reserves the right to offer the tenant a replacement Acomondation. The Lessor shall have the right , in case of events of force majeure to cancel the contract .
  2. In the situation described in paragraph 1 above, any amounts paid by the Lessee shall be immediately refunded, minus the amounts payable to the Lessor for services rendered. The Lessor of the apartment is not responsible for the maintenance of peace , for example, for repair work , etc.
  3. The apartment owner is not responsible for maintaining silence, such as during renovation works and similar activities.

COMPLAINTS

  1. In the event of any failures the tenant may write a complaint within seven days of their occurrence.
  2. Diagnosis of the complaint shall be made after it’s receiving . The tenant will be notified via e – mail about how it was handled .
  3. Any problems that may arise on the background of the agreement between the parties shall be settled amicably.
  4. The absence of an amicable settlement of the problem will be handled by the Polish law in the court chosen by the lessor.
